SilverSmith, Inc. Purchases New Corporate Office

SilverSmith, Inc. announces that we are moving our corporate headquarters. Consistent planned growth has necessitated a larger facility and the company has recently completed purchase of a new headquarters building located near our current headquarters. This new facility consists of expanded office and production space, a new customer internet cafe, and expanded warehousing facilities.

The company currently plans it's move to be completed by the end of April, 2006. Upon completion of the move, we invite all our customers to stop in and visit our new office. A company open house will be announced.

SilverSmith, a privately held corporation, designs and manufactures systems for remote well monitoring and control. The company's product offerings combine state-of-the-art hardware and unique, patent pending transmission systems linked to our proprietary internet based monitoring system. Currently focused on the oil and gas industry, the company has systems implemented throughout the contiguous U.S.
